Do you feel too busy or too unwell to meal plan, shop AND cook?? If yes, then this service might be just right for you. This is a hands off approach for you. You only need to approve the customized menu and then sit back while the RD does the work for you. This service includes shopping for the items on the menu, meal preparation and nutritional breakdown per meal. Meal preparation can be done in your home or at an alternative location and brought to you. Price reflects a menu of three meals per day/ 5 days/ 2 people. This may be altered to change the number of meals per day, days per week and people served upon request.
