Q: Do you accept insurance? A: Due to the limited and often variable rates of reimbursement, we do not accept insurance directly. However, if your insurance company does reimburse for dietitian services Pennsylvania OR telenutrition services, we can provide you with a superbill (a medical receipt) on request. This will allow your insurance company to reimburse you directly. We encourage you to check with your insurance company to determine coverage, as some may require a consult from a physician or a specific diagnosis. If your insurance provides reimbursement for working with a dietitian, generally it will cover at least 75% of our fees. We do accept HSA/FSA dollars as a form of payment.
